This module is about conducting knowledge management; it deals with all aspects of knowledge management some of which are touched in the previous modules. These aspects are taken into an advance stage starting with introduction to knowledge management. The module explains and defines the concept knowledge management and the importance of this concept and implementation thereof in organizations.
The modules tackle the aspects of developing professionalism within knowledge management. This will take knowledge management to the next stage of IKM professional bodies.
Objectives
- Provide skills, and knowledge on knowledge management
- Assist and empower people to develop their own effective knowledge management strategies and units
- Develop skills and competency for knowledge mapping in organizations and government departments
