  5. An authorization letter should also accompany the registration from authorizing SANCIKMKE to deduct  all necessary payments

All information provided will be handled in the strictest confidence. The organization will not be responsible for identifying funds if the delegates name and initials are not mentioned

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be sent in writing to Ms Noxolo Tybosch, Box 11657, Swartkop 0051 SANCIKMKE, OR by fax on +27 012 341 8116. For cancellation before  31/07/09 a cancellation charge amounting to 25% of the registration fee will be deducted from the refund. No refund for cancellation will be granted for any reason after 30/08/09. The payment for refunds will be processed after the conference.
